FEATURES AND DESIGN

All components of Biosec (tunnels and baskets) are made of durable plastic material. The 5 baskets provide a standard drying surface area. Biosec Domus B5 is the most convenient dryer for home use as it combines efficiency, easy handling and convenience.

OPERATION

The dryer is designed to generate a continuous horizontal flow of hot air to reach all the baskets inside equally. Thanks to this technique, drying takes place evenly. The air enters the dryer and is heated and distributed by the thermo-ventilating unit, passes through all levels of the baskets and exits, collecting the moisture generated by the product being dried.

DRYING TECHNIQUE

1. Cut the product into slices; it is recommended not to exceed one centimeter in thickness.
2. Place the product in the baskets, taking care not to overlap the slices one on top of the other. Insert the basket into the dryer.
3. Turn on the basket with the switch provided and adjust the heat intensity through the knob.
4. Wait for the dryer to do its job: timing varies from product to product.
