CAUTION.The valve inserted in the head is a fixed type, locked with a special U-shaped cotter pin under the spring present under the lever.
The valve can make an opening and closing movement but cannot be pulled out; it is important in the washing phases that the valve is pushed towards the inside of the head so that pipe cleaners or cleaning tools can totally remove food residues, the same procedure also with the use in the dishwasher.

What is it used for?
First of all, to whip cream, but it would be limiting to use it only for that, so we suggest you to flavor it as you like, or to create exceptional espumas and mousses, ideal to accompany your dishes or make the tops of your drinks; we can suggest you not to settle for cold creations but also hot ones, not only sweet but also savory.
Please note, however, that cold preparations should be refrigerated for a minimum of 4-6 hours before use, preferably upside down or lying down, while hot preparations should be kept in a water bath.
