Gourmet Whip Plus iSi Stainless Steel Siphon 500ml

The Gourmet Whip Plus iSi stainless steel 500ml siphon is a versatile utensil for convenience in kitchens and caterers.

HOW IT'S MADE.

The bottle and head are made of stainless steel, designed for professional use.

In addition, the head has a protective silicone handle with a valve also made of stainless steel, fixed, for easy dispensing, even with hot preparations.

The body has a double wall for maximum thermal performance. This allows dishes to be kept hot or cold for hours.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION.

The valve inserted in the head is a fixed type, locked with a special U-shaped cotter pin under the spring present under the lever.
The valve can make an opening and closing movement but cannot be pulled out; it is important when washing that the valve is pushed towards the 'inside of the head so that pipe cleaners or cleaning tools can totally remove food residue, the same procedure even with 'use in the dishwasher.

HOT AND COLD.

• For cold preparations, wash the siphon with cold water before use. For hot preparations, wash it with hot water instead.
• Before pouring into the siphon, strain any kind of mixture well through an iSi funnel or otherwise through a fine-mesh strainer.
• For cold creations with gelatin, store the iSi siphon in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours in a horizontal position. It is possible to keep the siphon warm in a bain-marie at 75°C max, without a capsule holder.
• Important: Shake well after screwing in the capsules.
