USE

Employed for smoking cocktails directly on the bar counter or in front of the customer to give them even more prominence. The smoker is also used to impart different flavors to dishes, whether created in the kitchen or during show cooking or even made in open kitchens, to impress your guests.
A pleasant tool to see displayed on the counter or in other spaces of your venue due to its design, it will certainly amaze with the smoky scent resulting from the burnt essences that are inserted to use it. The clouds that come out of it lend an aura of mystery to the drink.

SIGNATURE PRESENTATIONS

Try presenting smoked glasses under a bell, to then uncover it only in front of the customer: if behind the glass the smoke will look like a magic cloud, as soon as it is removed it will become a fine mist that will dissolve, leaving a trail of tenacious taste to make the drink even stronger.

MAINTENANCE

Maintaining the appliance is very important and needs a dedicated chapter and precise guidelines to follow.
Among the best practices when using a smoker tube is to keep the tool perfectly clean and stored. At all times we must avoid getting any part of the motor wet. It is an imperative NOT to use products that emit abundant liquids during combustion, or melt due to heat and the use of resinous woods or sugars.
These are especially harmful to the moving parts of your smoker.
During continuous use of the smoker we must remove any oils or debris accumulated in the fan tank from time to time (use a cloth or paper towel). This will prevent it from getting into the motor.
Never crush sawdust in the combustion chamber, this will greatly prolong the life of the grates and greatly increase the quality of the smoke.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer is responsible for repair or replacement of your smoker due to a defect or failure of the mechanism only if proper use, operation and maintenance has been performed and the instructions in this manual have been followed.
The warranty period is for 60 days. To apply this warranty, a copy of the invoice must be provided.
