Large filters for Aladin 100% Chef smoker

Large Aladin smoker filters can be used in both the Super Aladin model and the 007 black and 007 red models.

HOW THEY ARE MADE

The package consists of 5 stainless steel grids to be placed in the upper chamber.

They are simple round, semi-rigid discs.

HOW THEY ARE TO BE USED

One must simply place the steel grating in the hole.

Then sawdust, wood shavings or fresh grass as desired should be placed on top of the grate itself.

Thus, one cannot be used without the other.

MAINTENANCE

Remember to follow all the correct instructions when smoking to make sure that the tool performs at its best and related products such as filters and wood last longer.

In fact, these filters can be used for multiple smoking processes, not just one.

To make the products last longer, it is important that:

• the wood is kept wet throughout the process, so not dry;
• the smoking does not last too long but as long as necessary;
• the tool is kept clean and cleaned according to the instructions at all times.

LARGE MODEL.

If you chose the Super Aladin you could do double smoking, as it has a lower chamber in which to insert the small filters and a different type of wood.

In the 007 model, on the other hand, there is only one chamber, so you can do a single smoking with only the large filters.

Lay sawdust such as Jack Daniels flavored on top.
