USE
A totally made in France product of the highest workmanship and quality. A mandoline equipped with a new double horizontal, scalloped and grooved/serrated blade for cutting all kinds of fruits and vegetables, even soft ones, including citrus.
FEATURES
The Revolution Mandoline is entirely made of stainless steel and composite polymers; the steel has then been coated with a brushed satin finish. The round handle and frame on which to slide the blade feature a rotation control system for easy, smooth cutting in the shape of a cube or lozenge. Finally, the grooved edges make for excellent slices.
MULTIPLE CUTS
De Buyer's signature Mandoline features 3 combs for julienne cutting (2, 4 and 10 mm) and a patented cube system for cutting 2, 4 and 10 mm cubes as well as lozenges. The supporting blade for julienne cutting is built into the frame.
HOW TO TREAT IT.
It is preferable to wash the blades by hand while the frame is dishwasher safe.
