The Max 100% Chef brulée is a dual-purpose kitchen flashlight: concentration and heat dispersion.

Brulée Max is designed to multiply the possibilities of cooking with a direct flame and to conveniently complete many elaborations: sealing proteins, melting cheese, toasting dough or meringues, scoring large pieces, completing cooking on one side, and more, for a new way of cooking that avoids the flavor resulting from cooking food with a blowtorch.
Simple to use, with an automatic power button and a dimmer that you can leave fixed so it stays on whenever you want, this 100% Chef product has a safety lock and locking device for continuous use.

BRULÉE MAX 100% CHEF: USE

In its direct use (concentrated flame), this flashlight makes it possible to accelerate coal ignitions or intense heat processes (it has a calorific value up to 4 times higher than ordinary cooking torches, amounting to 1982°C-3600°F, and heats completely in less than 6 seconds); when the diffuser is added, the heat of the flame (which in the rest of the cooking torches is always focal and intense) is distributed, expanding the cooking surface.

In addition to the flashlight, the 100% Chef kit contains:

• a diffuser head
• stainless steel filter replacement
• rubber base to hold the bottle vertically and maintain safety

Operation is by propane gas, Map i MAp-Pro(gas tank is NOT included). We advise you to read the manual and safety precautions before undertaking this technique.
