The nonstick coating with which this pan is equipped is reinforced with mineral particles, which give performance in terms of abrasion resistance 50% higher than the 3 classic coatings. The innovative technology behind this coating allows it to be durable and perfectly nonstick. The proposed coating is based on a 3-layer reinforced Whitford system, to which a fourth layer applied with the 'granite' effect is added.

This type of pans, designed and manufactured in compliance with the UNI En 631-1 standard, have reduced radii to ensure maximum content; from the thicknesses specially designed to ensure strength and non-deformability; each individual piece is subjected to mirror washing and is then packaged in polypropylene bags.
