This enables the perfect cooking of meat, fish, and vegetables through gentle and natural heat transfer, which prevents the presence of smoke and protects the food's nutritional values.

While die-cast aluminum ensures consistent and even heat distribution, the highest quality nonstick coating allows perfect grilling of any food, even in direct contact with the flame, and facilitates cleaning of the grill. The thickness of the casting prevents deformation, while the grooves ensure even grilling, avoiding the so-called 'frying' effect. The perimeter of the grooves is bordered by a lowered 'gutter' that allows cooking fats to drain off, while the two collection areas in two opposing corners collect fats from draining off while keeping the 'peripheral gutter' clean, with no risk of dripping onto the grill below.

The flanged edge allows it to fit into the oven rack, while the nonstick coating consists of a triple layer: top, reinforced middle, bottom with embedded hard mineral particles.
