An opening cake pan that, thanks to its side hinge, allows you to unmold cakes without breakage or damage. Equipped with a special drip saver bottom that prevents any dough from spilling out of the mold, keeping the oven and kitchen countertop perfectly clean, the Arianna model has as many as 2 different bottoms.
Suitable for electric, gas or fan ovens.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Wash the mold before using it the first time
- Lightly grease the inside with oil, butter or margarine before pouring in the dough
- Place the dough inside the mold and place in the oven
- Check the baking according to the recipe instructions
- When finished baking, allow to cool for a few minutes before unmolding
- Use only in conventional ovens (no microwaves)
- Do not use sharp objects, abrasive powders or metal straws that can scratch the surface of the pan
- Do not exceed the maximum temperature of 250° C
- For longer pan life, dry after washing (dishwasher use is not recommended)
