This grid for containers of universal size gastronorm 1/4 is necessary to prevent food spoilage. In fact, fresh meat and fish give off a liquid called 'exudate', which contains sufficient nutrients and moisture to promote bacterial growth. The risks of this process are well known, but with the addition of this grating they can be avoided.
Remember to always choose a model so that the liquid does not overflow. The grating should be placed on the bottom so that the liquid drains downward and thus prevents contamination between the food and the liquid itself.

The Araven grill is made of HDPE, a flexible plastic material, to have good impact resistance and excellent behavior at low temperatures. The ergonomic edge makes it easier to handle, while the shape prevents the accumulation of remains and makes cleaning easier.
Can be placed in the freezer and microwave oven, within the temperature range of -40°C to +90°C. Dishwasher safe.
