Having worked with chef Jamie Oliver and helped train staff at such landmark venues as the Ritz, the Connaught, and the Dorcester, he has also given birth to incredible cocktail bars, such as Purl and the Workship Street Whistling Shop, among the best in London.
But Tristan didn't stop there: Tristan is The Curious Bartender, the author of the book series of the same name that serves as an exceptional guide through the corridors of the endless bar space.
