Is dry ice taking up space in your freezer? Now it's no longer a problem, thanks to the new 100% Chef Black Dry Ice Condenser.
With this tool you can create super-compact 30-gram dry ice tablets in as little as 1 minute. This is a highly efficient device equipped with a gas pressure reduction filter that allows for minimal gas loss and 20% lower consumption than the previous version. Faster and designed for greater environmental friendliness.
Exceptional for drinks and therefore for use in cocktail bars, gives a unique touch to buffets, food displays, catering services and very special dishes.
This dry ice condenser is completely safe and additionally compatible with molds specially created to form CO2 once placed inside: poker mold; cube mold; cylindrical mold that can be purchased separately.
Compatible with all CO2 cylinders with immersion draught.
This condenser must be connected only to bottles certified for liquid CO2 storage. Such bottles can be rented from companies specializing in food gases, which can provide an affordable, customized service.
Important note: Dry ice can never, ever come in direct contact with skin, so we recommend that you place it in Mistystix mixers or in the borosilicate glass straw created especially for the cylindrical mold. Also take a look at the 100% Chef Mix & Dry Kit in borosilicate glass.
The package in which the condenser is delivered to you includes the instruction manual that will guide you through your first trials.
DRY ICE AND. ICED GLASSES!
This new version of dry ice condenser can be used directly attached to the Cool Bar, 100% Chef's glass cooler, which in turn is connected to the CO2 cylinder. You can buy them separately and, when combined, they form one machine: an explosive duo for your countertop!
WHAT IS DRY ICE?
Dry ice is nothing more than CO2 or carbon dioxide in a solid state. It is made by reducing the pressure and temperature of liquid CO2 in a controlled way. This turns simple CO2 into pure, white CO2 snow. This 'snow' can be used as is, or it can be highly compressed, to form tablets or shapes of different diameters.
Dry ice is used in the food industry for cooling and transporting food that must be stored dry and at low temperatures.
In the avant-garde kitchen, dry ice is often used to add visual effects and flavored vapors, as well as for the production of carbonated beverages, smoky fizzy reactions, amazing buffet displays, etc....
Instant production of tasteless and odorless dry ice is easy, safe, and requires no complicated machinery. It is not risky either to yourself or to your guests and colleagues.
Create dry ice whenever you want to impress and get out the courage to create spectacular presentations!
