Frantoil has a hopper that conveys the seeds to the extraction arm, which consists of an auger that rotates in a cylindrical housing. These elements are made of AISI 304 surgical steel.In a few minutes, the oil will drip into the appropriate tray by passing through the filter, while the fiber is collected in the second tray.
The fiber remaining from the extraction is crunchy and delicious! It can be used to season bread or cakes, in yogurt as a snack, added to sauces...
