BUIT 100% CHEF FRUIT EXTRACTOR SQUEEZER KIT: USE

BUIT is a small but dual-purpose tool: it empties fruits and vegetables, taking their juice so that it can be used for drinks and culinary creations, but at the same time it creates perfect natural containers.

In fact, thanks to the integrated fruit-emptying juicer you can empty coconut, citrus, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit and many others, creating refreshing juices but also unique presentations for ice cream, cocktails, salads, sorbets. Its motor is capable of different textures: stiff (coconut), fibrous (citrus) or watery (apple) pulps.

OPERATION

Here is how the Fruit BUIT 100% Chef kit works:

- Puncture the fruit: use the included serrated cutter to open the fruit at its hardest part.

- Extract the pulp: place the fruit under the extractor, press the lever and let its rotating blades cut the pulp evenly.

- Check the depth: adjust the pressure to empty the fruit perfectly, keeping the peel intact.

- Disassemble and wash the blade by hand and clean the machine with a sponge and mild soap.

IN THE PACKAGE

In the package are two fruit and vegetable cutters of different sizes, from kiwis and limes to grapefruits and coconuts.
