This handcrafted tulip-shaped glass is perfect for tasting heavier peat-smoke whiskies.

CAREFUL SHAPE.

Its delicate shape comes from a meticulous glass-blowing process.
The tall, slender stem accentuates the shape of the cup. The outer lid it comes with is matching and handcrafted to prevent evaporation and preserve flavors. A perfect set for alllife-waterlovers.

AMBER STEM VERSION

The painted stem, inspired by the golden color of whiskey, is intended to mimic the effect of a glass filled to the base.

TASTE THE DIFFERENCE

You can try for yourself the tasting difference between any tasting glass and an Amber Glass. It only takes a few steps.
1. Pour 25 ml of your favorite whiskey into any whiskey tasting glass and the same amount into an Amber Glass. Do not eat anything during the course of the tasting.
2. Taste the whiskey from the first glass, paying attention to what the aromas, smells are, so that you can make a comparison.
3. Immediately afterwards, taste the whiskey inside the Amber Glass. At first without the lid, later applying it.
4. Taste the whiskey again from the first glass: do you find a difference in flavors and aromas?
*Experiment is proposed for the results obtained on a sample of 100 independent tasters, who found about 12-15% more flavor notes using the Amber Glass compared to regular machine-made glasses.

ARTISANITY.

Made of a mixture of quartz sand and additives, Amber Glasses are fired in an oven at 1400° and shaped by hand. A team of at least 5-6 people is required to work one glass.
After the vase of firing, maifacturing and resting, it then goes through quality control to ensure the perfection of each piece.
