DESIGN AND FEATURES
THERMIC GLASS
Borosilicate glass is a material that is highly resistant to washing and temperature changes. The vacuum created in the cavity between the two walls allows for thermal insulation of the contained food or liquid and prevents the formation of condensation on the outside of the container. The thermal property of the double wall makes the collection particularly suitable for use in buffets as well.During the production of the single model of Bormioli Luigi's thermal line, a small hole is left at the outer base. The item is then taken up, drawing in air and closing the hole. The presence of a small screw under the base of the container is therefore due to the temperature difference between the glass being cooled and the drop of glass to close the hole.
