THE JOLLY CHALICE
This chalice is a wild card! It is the goblet that guarantees good service you know for the technical component and for the succession of wines at the table.
WHICH WINES.
It isdesigned for wines that are still quite young and have undergone aging in steel, bottle or wood, but their origin is not remote.
A well-structured white wine that has spent up to 6-8 years of aging is easily served in this goblet.
The same goblet can be used in the fairly rare cases in which one chooses to serve a slightly more evolved rosé wine, slightly oxidized, with malolactic fermentation having taken place or with a perceptible residual sugar.
There is no lack for this goblet to be used for vintage red wines, in which the character of the same is based on important perception of acidity, fresh fruitiness and never aged in wood. The olfactory sensation perceived in this large volume will be very pleasant.
SMALL TRICKS
White and rosé wines to be served in this glass will be of temperatures between 8 and 12°C, and for young reds the temperature should not exceed 14°C.
