Red wines have the ability to create immediately important, meaningful expectations for us, where power must collimate with elegance. The sumptuousness of a sip of red wine, though set on delicacy, gives us a broad, thick, rounded and full.
WHICH RED WINES?
It will be a wine to touch that we will place in this goblet.
The enveloping bouquet of wines will bring senses of depth and maturity. Some will be able to base their identity on softer, more voluptuous perceptions, others on roughness and nerviness, but all will be characterized by an almost impenetrable color, dark wines with the various coloring tones, but light will not be able to get through. It will be these wines that will capture it without returning a trace of it except in the form of brightness.
SOME CAVEATS
The serving temperature that these wines will have will vary according to the type, but it will range between 16 and 18-19°C, never over: there is no wine in the world that can be taken at a higher temperature than this.
In this goblet the wines will be from 3-4 years old up to ... a century and more!
