- use a metal polishing paste and to remove stains use 0000 grade extra-fine steel wool.
- In the case of scratches, utlizzare a lightly abrasive paste, such as that used to polish automotive cars.
- Pewter needs to be washed well before first use.
- wash it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent
- should not be allowed to sit in water that is too hot,
- dry it as soon as possible.
- Avoid washing in the dishwasher.
