WHAT IT IS.
Simple, a kit for making spaghetti up to 50 cm long using the gelatinization technique.
WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE
Everything you need:
- 5 100 cm tubes,
- 1 bottle for filling,
- 1 universal siphon adapter.
INSTRUCTIONS
Here is how to prepare 45 50 cm noodles:
- Pour into a saucepan 250 ml of broth, juice or whey in which 4 g of agar-agar powder has been dissolved,
- bring to a boil while continuing to stir,
- remove from heat and remove impurities,
- with a funnel fill the bottle,
- prepare a container filled with water and ice.
- Load the siphon with one or two charges of N2O. Screw the adapter to the mouth of the siphon.
- fill the tubes one by one, then submerge them in the ice water so as to stabilize the contents.
- once all the tubes are filled, insert the first one into the extraction valve and carefully press the siphon lever so as to extract the noodles.
- Repeat the operation with the rest of the tubes, and then with the rest of the liquid.
USAGE TIPS
Always use very flavorful liquids, as the gelatinization process dilutes the taste.
