We recommend practicing first with 100 ml of black coffee (espresso) and 1 g of Formula 1. You need to open a very low flow to get small bubbles.

The VOM Basic Kit presents edible or breathable air flavored in an original way, in static or dynamic version thanks to the tamers and supports; the cloud remains stable from 4 to 5 minutes depending on the PH of the product .

BASIC VOM 100% CHEF KIT: CYLINDER TIPS
The best cylinders to use with the Vom are those with the horizontal (not vertical) hook-up key, of which you can dose the outflow. If you do not have a reducer available, the recommended cylinders work with an outlet pressure of 20 bar. Using the professional ones with much higher bars requires a pressure gauge to dose the flow, i.e., the accessory sold in the Vom technical kit.
This special helium cylinder pressure reducer is recommended when the VOM is used for high production (such as bars or restaurants) because helium is much cheaper when used with refillable cylinders.
Before purchasing the Vom technical kit, it is recommended that you talk to your helium supplier to confirm that his tanks are compatible with the W 24.5 x 1/14 "MALE connection.
VOM BASIC KIT 100% CHEF: DIFFERENCES BETWEEN BASIC KIT AND TECHNICAL KIT
Basic Kit
Includes all items needed to create edible flying clouds, but NOT the helium tank. Compatible only with disposable helium cylinders (such as those for balloons).
Technical Kit
This is an upgrade of the basic kit. It is NOT a stand-alone product and you can NOT create edible flying clouds with it alone . It includes a special pressure reducer for refillable helium cylinders. Helium from refillable cylinders is much cheaper than that from disposable cylinders, so we recommend purchasing this kit if you already have the basic kit and need Vom for professional use (such as in bars or restaurants).
BASIC VOM KIT 100% CHEF: INGREDIENTS IN SALVATORE SCAMARDELLA'S TIPS
For example, barman Salvatore Scamardella recommends smoked black tea, a very light, nonalcoholic, nonviscous product for which a limited amount of gas and liquid is needed. Instead, using essential oils will require a greater amount of helium and liquid because they are heavier products. Salvatore also recommends using products that are concentrated in flavor, to make sure that the bubble aroma is as prominent as possible. The more an ingredient needs to be diluted (e.g., lemon juice), the more neutral the bubbles will be because of the greater amount of water that must be used.
