What is the Caviar Box?
It is a useful tool for practicing the spherification technique, thus allowing large quantities of liquid to be processed with little effort but maximum results. Facilitated in use by quick and easy assembly and disassembly, the Caviar Box is totally made of nylon and polycarbonate.
What it is used for.
Due to its composition, it can create up to 96 small spheres per second and as many as 1,000 per refill! The name of the instrument is emblematic of how these small spheres look, i.e., the shape of caviar, increasing the illusion of tasting something different from what is expected, as typical of the spherification technique.
How does it work?
Place the box on the table with the syringes facing downward.
Place the silicone gasket around the grid, trying not to make any creases.
Close the Caviar Box, with the lid on, putting light pressure on the two parts to make sure the silicone gasket grips.
The two parts should fit perfectly together all the way around. This will ensure that the gasket will grip upward.
Place the Caviar Box inside the two locking brackets, fasten the six bolts without applying much pressure so as to make sure they are firmly secured.
Connect the syringe with the small tube provided. The Caviar Box is now ready for use.

How to treat it?
To reuse it, just do a dishwasher wash, but with neutral detergents, in order to keep the parts in good condition and continue to ensure an excellent result. Finally, we can recommend maximizing cleaning through sterilization in boiling water, which can be done without any risk.

Although spherification has been around for many years, most bartenders and chefs are only now approaching it, as it is extremely different from the conventional way of bartending and cooking. Our advice is to choose the innovative Caviar Box to implement your knowledge in the field and create new drinks and recipes to complement the traditional ones, thus ensuring an exceptional visual effect that will amaze your guests and add flair to your work.
Spheres are collectable with tools such as the Lotus 100% Chef Perforated Spoon.
At RG Mania you also purchase silicone edges, specially designed to seal Caviar boxes.
