The MiniKit Sferificación includes everything you need to make spherification.
With the products and tools contained in the kit you will obtain spheres of different sizes (caviar, marbles, ravioli...) with your favorite flavors. In addition, thanks to the MiniKit you will be able to make fantastic cold or hot jellies, process very light textures or
easily give the most appropriate density to your sauces, soups, juices...
Using your favorite flavors you will get very pure results, since the products in the MiniKit act on the textures but do not bring any flavor to the preparations. These are all-natural products, each designed for a specific use: Algin and Gluco for spherification, Lecite for airs, Agar for
jellies and Xantana for thickening sauces, soups, etc.
The kit contains:
