Shaker Parisienne classic in polished steel cl 65 is also known as "2-piece".
PARISIENNE
This parisienne is commonly used by inserting ice in the lower part, while the upper one is tipped and placed at its top to be filled with the ingredients of your drink, so that they stay cool during the preparation phase. When the latter is finished, pour it into the stainless steel glass already filled with ice, close it and shake with the technique you prefer.
STRENGTHS.
Craftsmanship and strength, polish and 'sensuality', as well as excellent value for money.
RG MANIA RECOMMENDS
Thanks to several bartenders, we have found that sometimes, once the shaker has been completed, this shaker tends not to open smoothly, as the coldness of the ice causes the two parts to close.
To remedy the problem, we recommend two possibilities:
1. by closing it before shaking, you do not impart the classic 'tap' to close it, risking sealing it even more: you will just make it match its lower part;
2. choose a parisienne shaker in which there is a small hole that lets air pass between the two parts, so that it opens easily.
