MAGIC TEXTURIZER iSi: USE AND STORAGE
Basic dosage per 0.5 l
- Soups: about 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Sauces: about 1 tablespoon (10 g)
Application
Heat the liquid in a saucepan. Meanwhile, mix the Magic Texturizer into the liquid with an immersion blender. Depending on the recipe, heat the mass for two minutes at 70-100°C.
Ingredients
Gelling agent pectin, vegetable oil (coconut), citrus fiber, calcium carbonate release agent.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place (max 25°C, max 70% relative humidity). Filling level is due to technical and food factors.
