Complete header for iSi Gourmet Whip and Thermo Whip siphons. Only replacement part available in case of breakage or damage, no individual parts of the header can be purchased. iSi has chosen not to supply gaskets or other parts of the Gourmet siphon individually because improper assembly could result in damage if misused.
If you wish, you can have the header lever customized. Find an example of customization in the second image.
