HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Coravin pouring system works on any bottle with a natural cork.
1 - CHOOSE.
Choose one or more bottles to taste.
2 - TURN ON.
Press the lever to remove the gas. Press the needle through the cork, all the way down, to access the wine.
3 - SERVE.
Tilt the bottle as if pouring wine normally. Press and release the lever to stir the wine. Repeat when the flow of wine slows or stops. Return the bottle to an upright position.
4 - EXTRACT
Once the needle is pulled out, the cork naturally reseals. The wine is preserved so it can be enjoyed for months or years to come.
