MAINTENANCE
We do not recommend washing the VANTAGE Mandoline in a dishwasher. The blades/combs are made of stainless steel for cutlery, hand washing will increase their durability. You can use a brush to clean between the teeth of the Julienne cutting combs. You can also sharpen the blades.
