USE

A professional mandoline made of plastic, stainless steel, and composite polymer. It comes complete with a frame and includes horizontal blades for julienne cutting at 4 and 10 mm. The chute, also made of stainless steel, is smooth but has a rough surface; this combination makes it easy to slide food through. Slider and pusher are ergonomic, the feet strictly non-slip, and the blades have a grip area.Finally, a new adjustable system makes it easy to adjust the thickness of the cut from 1 to 10 mm, in 0.5 mm intervals.
HOW TO TREAT IT.
We recommend washing the blades by hand, while the frame is dishwasher safe.For smooth or wavy washers, 4 or 10 mm julienne cuts, and even waffle cuts!
