Speed
Speed 2 is used for solid foods and large quantities. Speed 1 is used for small quantities, for example if the liquid does not completely overtake the 4-tooth protective dome, and with frothy compounds such as whipped cream.Blend
When blending with Bamix® you must slowly twirl your wrist, lifting it slightly and letting it fall back on the mixture. There is no need to mash or beat. The grain size of the grind depends on the time of use.Assemble
Place the Bamix® on the bottom of the glass and, holding it at a slight angle, lift it up along the wall of the container. When the mixture no longer increases in volume, place it back on the bottom and repeat until the desired consistency is reached.Mix
Dip the slightly tilted Bamix® into the mixture to be mixed, turn it on and rotate very slowly. The blade will do its job, so no force is needed. Turn off the Bamix® before removing it from the food to avoid splashing.BX G200 Gastro: technical specifications
