TEPPANYAKI
Hendi's Tepan-Yaki griddle, takes its name from the Japanese cooking technique called teppanyaki.
The teppan in Japanese is the griddle, usually placed at the table of the diners themselves, on which the chef puts raw dishes to cook, turning and turning them until they are cooked to the desired doneness.
USE
This nonstick griddle runs on electricity and is used precisely to cook foods such as meat, fish, and vegetables. However, if you want to follow the Far Eastern school, it can alsobe used for fried rice and noodles.
