This analog thermometer has stainless steel construction to be even more durable.
The temperature can be read in both centigrade (+54 to +88°C) and fahrenheit (130 to 190° F).
It is especially useful because it shows the ideal temperature for each type of meat on the dial:
- 60°C: beef rare, ham well done;
- 71°C: medium-cooked beef, cooked hams;
- 77°C: well-cooked beef, fresh pork, turkey roll, boneless veal;
- 80°C approx.: medium lamb;
- 82°C: fresh turkey.
