Thanks to the White Cotton Straining Cloth cm 60x60, straining the broth will become super easy.
THE STRAINING CLOTH
The White Cotton Straining Cloth is what you need to strain your broth; be it meat, vegetable or mixed, beef and pork, carrots and celery, and you name it for flavor.
However, when it comes time to strain, it's best to use the proper product and prevent even the tiniest residue of ingredients from getting through; thus, you ensure a tasty and flavorful, yet clean and clear broth.
As a 'cloth,' its very fine meshes prevent even the smallest scraps from passing through.
USE
Using it is really simple: prepare a saucepan, place a steel strainer or funnel over it and cover it with the cloth so that the residue stops there as the liquid runs down, where it can be collected after straining. When the operation is complete, you will already have your stock in the pot ready for use, while the strainer will need to be emptied of waste before being washed.
Useful not only for broths but also for creams, preserves and more or less dense liquid products, as desired but free of solids and pieces of ingredients.
WASHING TIPS
Before first use, the White Cotton Passer Cloth cm 60x60 should be washed at 95°, then machine washed as usual.
