The "Bread 4D" project (where D stands for teeth) assumes that there are more than 250 types of breads surveyed in Italy alone. Among them, Sanelli Ambrogio created 4 typologies to cut with 4 different blades:
Onda bread knife - soft bread inside and out (sponge cake, but also tramezzino)
Hard bread knife - bread with hard crust and soft inside (baguette or ciabatta)
Soft bread knife - bread with a crust and medium interior (ordinary bread)

In this professional knife line with double-molded handle, the blades are made from special nitrogen NITRO-B steel (1.4916), while the SEBS handle is ergonomic, non-slip, abrasion-resistant, and has a professional non-slip finish.
