MATFER SKIMMER IN BLACK EXOGLASS: USE AND FEATURES
This skimmer easily retrieves and drains even the smallest fried and poached foods thanks to its fine mesh. Made of stainless steel and heat-resistant to 220°C, it features the heavy-duty, reinforced exoglass composite material designed for heavy-duty use. Also equipped with an economical handle to provide comfort and stability, as well as insulated to enable the user to keep his or her hand at a safe distance from the heat.
