The Lodge cast-iron mini ca uldron can be used on electric and gas stovetops, cooking and induction hobs; in the oven, on the grill and even on the stove.This miniature country 'kettle', thanks to the treatment it undergoes, allows for healthier cooking by limiting the amount of oils needed in the kitchen.
PRODUCT CARE
WASHING: Wash cast iron cookware by hand. A small amount of soap can be used.
If necessary, use a scraper. For stubborn residue, boil some water for 3-5 minutes, then use the scraper after the pot has cooled.
DRYING: Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
If you notice a small black residue on the towel, it is perfectly normal.
CARE: Rub a very light layer of cooking oil on the surface of the pans.
Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no more oil residue remains.
If there is any rust on the product, it should be treated with steel wool, rinsed, dried and rubbed with a little oil.
