WARNINGS

First remove all labels on the product, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in oil and wipe it all over the nonstick. Now you can place the product on the induction cooktop and start preheating it for 5 minutes. Make sure your induction hob is clean and free of salt and/or debris that could scratch the hob. We recommend using it in conjunction with wooden cooking utensils. After use, clean it with a mild detergent under lukewarm water, then dry it with a clean cloth. It is possible to use the dishwasher but on a gentle cycle and possibly with nonaggressive detergents (we do not recommend tablets); remember that the dishwasher may blacken the aluminum bottom by oxidation.

CAUTION: With Risolì® induction products, using in the power scale from 1-10 on your cooktop the maximum temperature of 4-5 will not only save you money on energy costs, but will avoid overheating it in a short time, thus damaging its coating.
