Thanks to its cut edge, this pan serves food with ease.All products in the Affinity range are crushproof and made of multilayer material, that is, with a combination of aluminum on the inside and stainless steel on the outside. This is a highly reactive material, both when it undergoes a rapid rise in temperature and during instantaneous stoppage of cooking as soon as it is removed from the heat; heat diffusion is even across the entire edge.
The nonstick coating is applied to a rigid stainless steel base to ensure high abrasion resistance. The stainless steel handle is riveted, long and ergonomic, with grooves under the fingers for an effortless grip. Finally, the exterior is treated with a mirror polish.
Designed primarily for cooking on induction hobs, De Buyer's Affinity skillet is suitable for all types of fires.
TIP: We recommend that you gradually increase the temperature during use; it is also good not to overheat, vacuum heat or place metal objects inside.

Dishwasher safe.To restore its original shine, you should polish it externally even occasionally with a polishing paste.
