TO START COOKING
First remove all labels on the product, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in oil and wipe all over the nonstick. At this point you can place the pan on the induction hob and start preheating it.
IMPORTANT: With Risolì® induction products on the 1-10 scale of your cooktop, the maximum recommended temperature is 4-5, which will save you money on energy costs and avoid overheating the product, damaging its coating.
SOME TIPS
Do not overheat at no load; a 5-minute preheat is sufficient. Make sure the induction hob is clean and free of salt and/or debris that can scratch the hob. The induction bottom is solid, so with 50% more efficient heat distribution than other induction bottoms with patterns, dots or geometries.
This nonstick is very high-performing but, like all PREMIUM products, we recommend not abusing their strength, so it is best to use wood, plastic or silicone cooking utensils instead of steel, such as not storing acidic foods such as tomatoes for a long time inside.
After use, clean your Risolì with a mild detergent under warm water, then dry it carefully with a clean cloth. You can use the dishwasher, but on a gentle cycle and possibly with nonaggressive detergents (we do not recommend tablets). Remember that the dishwasher may blacken the aluminum bottom by oxidation.
