INDUCTION CASSEROLE: THE FEATURES
The induction casserole has a special magnetic disk, which allows it to come up to temperature sooner than any other casserole on the market; remember, however, to always wipe it dry after use. Also try to keep the induction disk repaired between pots in order to avoid any rubbing that can ruin it.
This product can safely go in the oven; and without any problems in the dishwasher, although we recommend washing it by hand for longer life.
Since it is not the usual nonstick, a spoon or fork can be used in the induction casserole; however, be careful when using a knife. Remember to always use potholders because, since the heat also spreads to the handles, there is always a risk of getting burned.
The thick bottom allows excellent distribution and perfect heat retention. Flatness is achieved when the cooking temperature is reached, for complete adherence to the cooking surface.
