LOW ONE-HANDLED GRANITE GOURMET RISOLÌ FRYING PAN: THE GRANITE LINE

Granite is Risolì's line of high-thickness die-cast aluminumproducts , complemented with the Hard Stone triple-layer nonstick coating: high-performance, longer-lasting, eco-friendly, PFOA-free, nickel-free, and with the addition of micro mineral particles. This is not stone, but a nonstick coating made with mineral particles, which are sealed during processing to make its performance higher than other materials of the same type.

USEFUL TIPS.

First remove all labels, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick surface. Do not overheat the pan too much-a 5-minute preheating is sufficient. Then place it on the stovetop and begin preheating. After about 4 minutes it is hot and ready to use.

After use, clean it with a mild detergent under warm water (we recommend Green Cleandetergent ), then dry it carefully with a clean cloth. It is possible to wash the pan in the dishwasher, but on a gentle cycle and with nonaggressive detergents; tablets are not recommended, as the machine may blacken the bottom of the product by oxidation.
