This mini casserole is combined with an innovative lid that heats food from top to bottom making it a true oven, making it ideal for preparing universal, classic or creative dishes on the gas or in the oven, with quick and simple but always refined seasonings.

Thanks to its differentiated thickness aluminum, RIsolì's Duo line ensures gentle and even heat distribution for cooking your recipes at the right temperature.

WARNINGS

First remove all labels on the product, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in oil and wipe it all over the nonstick. Now you can place the product on the induction cooktop and start preheating it for 5 minutes. Make sure your induction hob is clean and free of salt and/or debris that could scratch the hob. We recommend using it in conjunction with wooden cooking utensils. After use, clean it with a mild detergent under lukewarm water, then dry it with a clean cloth. It is possible to use the dishwasher but on a gentle cycle and possibly with nonaggressive detergents (we do not recommend tablets); remember that the dishwasher may blacken the aluminum bottom by oxidation.

WARNING: With Risolì® induction products, using in the power scale from 1-10 of your cooktop the maximum temperature of 4-5 will not only save you on energy costs, but will avoid overheating it in a short time, thus damaging its coating.
