Maintenance:
To preserve the characteristics of the product we do not recommend the use of the dishwasher, to remove stubborn residues leave inside water with dishwashing detergent, for about an hour and then proceed with manual washing. It is also advisable to wash the product at the first and after each use and not to let it air dry but to proceed with manual drying, after which oil it and store it wrapped in paper inside a plastic bag. In this way the paellera will always be as good as new.
