First, remove all labels on the product, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.

SOME TIPS
Do not overheat the product too much in a vacuum, a 4-5 minute preheating on a moderate flame or in the oven will be sufficient.
After use, clean your RISOLI® with a mild detergent under lukewarm water after which dry it carefully with a clean cloth and it is immediately ready for further cooking.
