This handcrafted wooden rigagnocchi, 100% made in Italy, is used to decorate gnocchi and fresh pasta in general, giving each recipe a rustic and personal touch. To prevent the dough from sticking, flour it generously before using it.
CAVAROLA BEECH-WOODEN GNOCCHI RIGAGNOCCHI: CLEANING
Wash the product (but NOT in the dishwasher) before using it for the first time. After use, wash the regagnocchi with plenty of water and helping yourself with a brush, then clean it with mild soap and water, avoiding harsh detergents, and dry it with a dry cloth. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
