THE AUTHORS.
The chef: Danilo Angè A well-known Milanese chef, he has 30 years' esperinza in the culinary world. He has led restaurant kitchens, is a lecturer and cooking consultant, collaborates with catering equipment companies, participates in specialized television programs, and is the author of articles in books and trade magazines.
