This book was born from the need to provide valuable suggestions on the use of siphons, often used in the kitchen only to whip cream and little more.Chef Danilo Angè, who has long experience n the use of these magnificent tools, jumped at the chance and put all his creativity to use to guide chefs and enthusiasts on this journey of discovery.
THE AUTHORS.
The chef: Danilo Angè A well-known Milanese chef, he has 30 years' esperinza in the culinary world. He has led restaurant kitchens, is a lecturer and cooking consultant, collaborates with catering equipment companies, participates in specialized television programs, and is the author of articles in books and trade magazines.
