Jiggers

Their purpose is to dose the ingredients of the drinks and for this reason it is necessary that they are of specific measures, European or American, more or less graduated but always precise. They are essential for the perfect success of cocktails and - in many countries - to comply with the regulations on alcohol doses. If until a few years ago everything was dosed roughly with the only help of pourers applied to bottles, now there is no barman who does not using jiggers.
