Strainer e Double Strainer

The first ones are cocktail strainers that serve precisely to filter the drink from the mixing glass or shaker but also to eliminate excess water produced by the ice to cool the glasses. They can be with or without wings but also traditional juleps. The double strainers are also known as fine mesh strainers and are used to perform a double filtration: they are used in conjunction with the strainers and ensure that no residue passes in the drinks, thus obtaining a perfectly smooth result.
