Why did we feel the need to revolutionize our e-commerce, since the one that was in place was doing quite well?
Why go through a challenging period for its relocation to the web, with all the problems involved in restyling an e-commerce as rich as ours that features several thousand products?
The most honest answer is this: we considered that a forward-looking site must primarily know how to put itself in the shoes of the buyer and try to respond as much as possible to needs that are increasingly diversified and personalized. So our new site is all about serving customers and facilitating purchases with innovative services, ease of search, new criteria for identifying the best product for one's needs, lots of in-depth information on products and news in our industry, as well as a variety of economic benefits.
